Getting Started

Turn Off the Lights is very easy to use. With just one click on the lamp icon next to the address bar, the entire page around your video will fade to dark. And bring one's focus onto the video. Click again on the lamp icon or click on the black screen. And the page will return to normal. Turn Off the Lights can also be customized to your look and feel with predefined themes.

You can also turn on/off the lights with the shortcut key Ctrl + Shift + L. Also there is an Easter Egg inside. When you play a video, just press on the letter "T" on your keyboard.

Opacity Control
Control now easy and fast the opacity of the dark element. Just press on your keyboard on the plus (+) or minus (-) key to change the opacity of the dark element. (use the keypad plus and minus)
