The basic steps for all browser is to restart your browser and the go to a website, example www.youtube.com

Google Chrome
You see the lamp icon right in the omnibox(that’s the search + URL bar). The icon is only visible on all websites (include http, https) but will be not visible on the Chrome new tab page.

Know issue from Chromium:
If you have a HD screen and your are using Windows, it doesn’t show the lamp icon because the render bug. You can fix this self by changing your HDPI value to a lower setting https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=381383

Yandex.browser
You see the lamp icon right in the omnibox (that’s the search + URL bar). The icon is only visible on all websites (include http, https) but will be not visible on the Yandex new tab page.

Safari
You see the button left of the URL bar.

Firefox
The button is visible right of the URL bar. But if you see no lamp button. Then go to View -> Toolbars -> Customize in the menu. And drag the “Turn Off the Lights” addon to you toolbar.

Opera
You see the button right of the URL bar.

Internet Explorer
You see the button right of the URL bar.

Maxthon
Left in the navigation bar you see the gray lamp button.

Still have a problem, go to the “Contact Us email” button. And report it.
